Going Above and Beyond to Serve You
ServiceMaster Green celebrates our employees’ honesty and integrity every month through our MasterMoments® award. The MasterMoments® award is given to an employee who does something beyond what is expected of them. It could be returning cash or other valuables that could have been kept without anybody knowing, helping out in an emergency, or giving aid to someone who is hurt. The winner is not necessarily the person who finds the most valuable object, or who gets the most praise from the client. Often, the winner is someone who did something good that they could have easily not done and no one would have noticed, but they did it anyway.
The winner receives a trophy, a certificate, a $250 check, and their story and picture published in our monthly employee newsletter. That way, our whole company can honor and celebrate their unselfish example.
Because we are excited about these acts of kindness that regularly go on in your facility, we wanted to share these stories with you. Certainly many such acts go unnoticed and unreported. But listed in the following pages are those that we have learned of since January 2007. We also have included the pictures of the monthly winners, along with their stories. We hope that you enjoy looking through them, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you on a regular basis.
